- HIV positive

Cytological ?ndings: Lymphoepithelial cyst
- Cystic aspirates
- Foamy macrophages
- Lymphocytes including follicle centre cells
- A few squamous epithelial cells
- Occasionally multinucleated giant cells and crystalloids

Differential diagnosis:
- Non Hodgkin lymphoma
- Intraparotid lymph node
- Chronic sialadenitis
- Warthin's tumour
- Branchial cleft cyst
