FNA Retention cyst with crystalloids.

The smear shows numerous crystalloids described as crystallized amylase.
Multinucleated giant cells, without the epithelial component are seen.
Background is composed of a mixed inflammatory exudate, debris and macrophages.
No epithelium is seen.
