FNA Parotid mass.
Salivary duct carcinoma.
This is a highly aggressive adenocarcinoma.
- Morphologically it is similar to a high grade breast carcinoma.
- Cellular aspirates with loosely cohesive sheets of cytologically malignant epithelial cells.
