Parotid mass.
Mucoepidermoid carcinoma
Most common salivary gland malignancy of childhood.

Mixture of mucous and epithelial cells (mature squamous and intermediate).
Dirty background.
Inflammatory cells.

Differential diagnosis:
- If many intermediate cells with finely vacuoiated cytoplasm are present may be mistaken for macrophages.
- Inflammatory lesion
- High grade tumour of different type or origin.
- Mucin and debris: Warthin's tumour
