FNA Parotid mass. Facial palsy, cervical lymphadenopathy.
Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the Parotid with cervical metastases.
The possibility of metastatic disease should be considered.
Secondary tumours comprise about 5% of the malignant tumours of the salivary glands.
Most of the cases are squamous cell carcinomas. Melanoma is second in frequency.
The origin of about 10% of the metastatic tumours remains undefined.
